Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for Eventat Kuwait. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 3 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Experience in business growth, sales, marketing or related field.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to deliver presentations effectively
• Proficiency in Arabic language (written and oral)
