To support our continued business growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Business Development Managers to join our team.

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across our technology domains. The role requires a proactive professional who can build long-term client relationships, understand customer requirements, and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential business opportunities within the IT, ELV, AV and Security Systems sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE market.
  • Proven experience in IT / ELV / Security / Audio Visual / Smart Solutions sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
