We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who wants to build a career in business development and work on the biggest and best events in GCC. Manage a portfolio of existing Private & Governmental accounts, with key contributions to new business growth in the GCC region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify New Leads and Avenues for Business Development.

Prospecting of KSA market to determine sales strategy linked to major events in the region
-
Lead management through Zoho CRM
-
Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives, analysing existing data, market reports and trends
-
Key Account Management: handle up to SAR 2.5 million portfolio value per account
-
Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with ability to demonstrate annual growth of key accounts in the related industry

Existing network of KSA clients
-
Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications and respond to stakeholder enquiries

RFP lead- ability to take a brief, digest, gather all key info and assign owners with key deliverables to meet submission deadlines

Identify Marketing & Branding Opportunities in the region

Prepare pitch presentations and Lead client meetings
-
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Clients needs and objectives

Responsible for working with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Business Development Support:
-
Work with other members of Event Lab to prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) from clients

Ensure that clients are aware of all the services Event Lab can offer
-
Spot opportunities for new business and convert them into revenue
-
Actively sell Event Lab’s services and project the Event Lab brand
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Sales / Account Management / Client Servicing role in KSA
-
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and PowerPoint
-
Fluent in English & Arabic
-
Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
-
Ability to prepare monthly presentations for stakeholders and senior management
-
Meticulously organised with athe bility to meet strict client deadlines
-
KSA Driver’s License - open to travel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
