Business Development Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out and luxury furniture, with a passion for business development and a proven track record in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to project handover. • Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, and project) to prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders.

• Represent the company at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
