Identify new business opportunities in the facade lighting and architectural lighting sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.

Conduct regular field visits, attend client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal design, engineering, and execution teams to provide the right lighting solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Follow up with clients to close deals, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth project handovers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend strategic improvements.

Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to build brand visibility and generate leads.

Submit regular reports to management on business development activities and performance metrics.
