Job Description

The Business Development Manager, whom we are seeking on behalf of our global business partner, will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building & construction materials and metal industries strong relationships with customers, and developing innovative strategies to achieve sales targets related to innovative nonwoven textile products.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the company’s innovative product to the local market to build awareness and establish strong networks with key industry stakeholders,
• Achieve sales and profitability targets by expanding the customer base and increasing sales volume,
• Drive business growth through both new and existing customers while developing long-term relationships and acting as a key liaison point,
• Provide customers with both commercial support (sales training) and technical assistance (claims management, application guidance),
• Execute marketing activities, including market research and strategy development, while continuously monitoring market trends for accurate forecasting and inventory planning,
• Deliver regular reports on key activities to support continuous improvement, process efficiency, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

•  5 - 10 years in B2B Field Sales and/or Account Management,
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical field is preferred,
• Experience in Building and/or Construction industry is preferred,
• A strong understanding of Industry and product knowledge,
• Customer-centric mentality with solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills essential,
• Willingness to travel up to 50%,
• English: Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate.
