Chauf-fur is redefining pet transportation across the UAE. From safe and reliable pet taxi services to airport and private jet transfers, our mission is to make pet mobility seamless and stress-free. We partner with daycare facilities, grooming salons, vet clinics, and pet-friendly hotels to deliver a premium, professional experience for every furry passenger.

We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can lead our expansion by building strong B2B relationships and opening new partnership channels across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B partnerships with pet-related businesses (veterinary clinics, daycares, hotels, private aviation handlers, etc.).
• Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring strong service delivery and partner satisfaction.
• Develop strategic growth plans to expand Chauf-fur’s presence in new cities and verticals.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and collaborate with operations to execute partnership commitments.
• Work closely with leadership on revenue forecasts, pricing strategies, and market mapping.
• Attend relevant industry events and represent Chauf-fur in the pet and logistics community.
• Report performance metrics, pipeline progress, and partner feedback regularly to management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally in logistics, mobility, or service industries.
• Proven track record of closing partnerships and achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus).
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• UAE driving license required.
