We Are Hiring: Business Developer – Real Estate | Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven  Business Developer  to join our team in  Dubai . This is a full-time, on-site position focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth within the real estate sector.

Role Overview:

The Business Developer will be responsible for expanding our market presence, developing new partnerships, and supporting the company’s long-term business objectives. The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational objectives
• Attend industry events, meetings, and exhibitions to represent the company
• Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the UAE real estate market will be an advantage
