About the Role - ONLY FOR FEMALE CANDIDIATES.

La Storia is a Dubai-based creative agency specialising in cinematic storytelling, photography,

videography, branding, and social media strategy.

We focus on three main verticals: HolidayHomes & Real Estate, Desserts & F&B; Brands, and Events. This full-time role is for a Business Development Executive who can turn creative potential into revenue and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and source potential clients weekly across Holiday Homes & Real
Estate, F&B;, and Events.

Outreach & Prospecting: Conduct outreach via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email using La-Storia’s tone. Book 10–12 meetings per week.

Sales & Negotiation: Hold discovery calls, present retainer packages, send proposals, and
close new retainers consistently.

Partnerships: Build collaborations with venues, brands, and agencies that align with La
Storia’s creative vision.

Reporting: Maintain clean CRM records (Google Sheets or Notion) and submit weekly
performance reports.

Content Production Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to plan and secure
weekly photo and video shoots across multiple service categories — including fashion, food,
lifestyle, and brand storytelling reels — aside from ongoing retainer work.

Brand & Influencer Collaborations: Identify and build partnerships with major brands, public
figures, and influencers that align with La Storia’s image and expand its reach through joint
content and events.

KPIs:

Leads sourced 50 / week

Outreach messages 40–50 / week

Meetings booked 10–12 / week

Proposals sent 5–7 / week

Retainers closed 1–2 / week

Conversion rate 15–20%

Monthly revenue generated Performance-based

Photo/Video Shoots Secured 1–2 / week (outside retainers)

Brand/Influencer Collaborations 1–2 / month (content or event partnerships)

Ideal Candidate:

Based in Dubai or familiar with the UAE market; fluent in English (Arabic a plus).

Experience in media, marketing, hospitality, or real estate sales; confident communicator.

Understands social media and digital marketing trends; professional and proactive.

Tools & Processes:

Google Sheets or Notion CRM; WhatsApp Business & Gmail; La Storia Sales Deck + Retainer
Packages; Google Drive portfolio access; Calendly for scheduling.

How Success is Measured

Consistent pipeline growth and response speed to leads (< 2h).

Closed retainers per month and client renewal rate.

Positive client feedback and alignment with La Storia’s creative brand values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
