Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas Chemicals (Middle East)

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in Oilfield Chemicals Sales (Drilling, Production & Completion Chemicals)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for our Oil & Gas Chemicals portfolio across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of drilling, production, and completion chemicals, along with established connections with key regional operators and service companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new business across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait.
• Build long-term relationships with NOCs, IOCs, drilling contractors, and service companies.
• Identify opportunities and lead tendering, proposal, and negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with technical and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and upcoming oilfield projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and technical meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Petroleum Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ experience in Oilfield Chemical Sales / Business Development in the Middle East.
• Strong network with ADNOC, Aramco, PDO, QP, and other key regional clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the region.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
