A. Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in telecom, power, civil, fiber, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and commercial/financial analyses.
  • Lead preparation of proposals, tenders, RFP/RFQ responses, and prequalification documents.
  • Maintain BD pipeline including monthly forecasts and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies and validate costing, BOQs, and commercial margins.
  • Build and maintain long-term relations with customers and government entities.
  • Negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, joint ventures, and commercial terms.
  • Submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

B. Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

  • Develop and monitor compliance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
  • Ensure adherence to Oman regulations, ISO standards, HSE, and telecom customer SOPs.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, manuals, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure procurement and subcontracting follow compliance and ethical standards.
  • Act as main liaison with auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal advisors.

C. Contract Management & Post-Award Oversight

  • Assist in contract negotiations and SLA definitions.
  • Support operations in managing contract conditions and deliverables.
  • Verify feasibility of new scopes and variations.
  • Oversee preparation of commercial evaluations and project assessments.
  • Coordinate variations (VO), extensions (EOT), and claims.

D. Coordination & Leadership

  • Work with Operations, Finance, HR, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Lead feasibility reports and commercial evaluations.
  • Ensure smooth project handover to Operations.
  • Conduct compliance and BD training sessions.

3. Objectives & KPIs

  • Business Growth: Opportunities pursued, win ratio, secured value.
  • Feasibility & Profitability: 100% feasibility validation, margin targets.
  • Compliance Excellence: Zero major non-compliance, timely audit closures.
  • Reporting Quality: Timely submission, insight depth.
  • Partnerships: New clients/vendors, retention.
  • Training: Sessions conducted, compliance improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RO800.000 per month
