Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT box products and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) project sales. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in business development and a proven record of managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of IT products, ELV systems, and the company’s value proposition.
  • Write and present tailored business proposals to clients.
  • Maintain strong technical understanding of IT solutions and services.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, new customer needs, and business growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Track industry developments both locally and internationally.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, client feedback, and improvement areas.
  • Ensure achievement of set business targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Provide consistent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff into high-performing sales professionals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the IT and ELV sector.
  • Proven experience in managing a Business Development or Sales department.
  • Strong background in selling IT box products and ELV projects.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High resilience and confidence in ability to close deals and manage rejections.
  • Familiarity with software licensing, IT services, and project-based solution selling.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and match them with business offerings.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of local UAE market preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
