Business Development Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sales strategy, client acquisition, and partnership development, with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform strategy
  • Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums
  • Track performance metrics and report on pipeline, forecasts, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts consistently
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with B2B clients (B2C if relevant)
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Existing professional network is a plus
