Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales ability, and experience building long-term client relationships in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Conduct market research and analyze property trends
  • Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Proven background in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Good understanding of the UAE property market
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
