is seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to support and drive strategic growth across our construction and infrastructure portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence through effective client engagement and bid leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and strategic partnerships across
EPC, PPP, and mega-projects
.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders.

Lead prequalification submissions, expressions of interest (EOIs), and tender strategy development.

Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams throughout the bid preparation process.

Prepare and deliver business proposals, commercial offers, and client presentations.

Manage and track leads, pipelines, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and forecasts.

Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization in coordination with legal and commercial teams.

Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking activities.

Support senior management in developing growth strategies and market entry plans.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development
within construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.

Strong understanding of tendering, prequalification, and contract administration processes.

Established network with clients, consultants, and developers is a strong advantage.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
