Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.

Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years of experience into sales & Key Account Management in Manpower Outsourcing Organization primarily in Oil& gas Industry.

Job Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of business projects and initiatives within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the strategic objectives of the company.

You will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of our clients and services aligns with their objectives and major areas of focus on:

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Key Account Manager for Existing & New Clients

· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities to expand the business with existing clients and collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve this.

· Researching and identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, fostering relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, thinking strategically, planning, drawing up client contracts, and ensuring staff are on board.

· Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization. Implement best practices, streamline workflows, and leverage data analytics to identify areas for improvement.

· Ongoing LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) management involves several key components to ensure that the outsourced legal functions run smoothly and effectively.

· Managing the billing process and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients. This role involves tracking accounts receivable and maintaining positive client relationships while adhering to company policies and financial regulations.

· Primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project management. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality service, manage expectations, and enhance client

· Generating and delivering comprehensive reports to clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance reporting processes and improve client satisfaction.

· Analyze delivery costs and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement cost-effective strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining service quality.

· Promote additional business and services to existing clients. This role involves understanding client needs, building relationships, and utilizing effective sales techniques to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

· Escalated Client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Managing and resolving client issues that have been escalated beyond standard support processes. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions, enhancing Client satisfaction with 100% Delivery and preventing future escalations.

· Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive profitability. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures.

· Lead the tender management process, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.

· Oversee the implementation and management of the managed services project. Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are achieved

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
