Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to identify and support new business and investment opportunities across mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects. The role involves market analysis, financial modelling, commercial structuring, and coordination with internal stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and evaluate new development, joint venture, leasing, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market scans, feasibility studies, and investment assessments.
  • Prepare business cases, investment memoranda, and recommendations for management approval.

Commercial Structuring & Negotiation

  • Support structuring of commercial terms for partnerships, joint ventures, and leases.
  • Assist in negotiations to optimize returns and manage risk.
  • Review alternative deal structures and funding strategies.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor local and regional real estate market trends across multiple asset classes.
  • Analyze comparable projects, transactions, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Convert market insights into actionable strategies.

Financial Analysis & Modelling

  • Develop and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
  • Evaluate project feasibility, returns, and downside risks.
  • Prepare financial summaries and presentations for senior management.

Internal Coordination & Project Support

  • Work closely with development, finance, legal, planning, and asset management teams.
  • Support project milestones and track progress of partnerships and agreements.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate business development, investment, private equity, or development advisory.
  • Experience with mixed-use, residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and deal structuring.
  • Advanced Excel financial modelling skills.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
