Business Development Manager

Job Summary :
Brand Options Advertising LLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across our Signage, Fit-out, and Exhibition divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and securing high-value contracts within the UAE market.

Core Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities in the retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
• Client Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and site surveys to technical presentations and closing.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with architects, consultants, and project managers.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and high-quality project tenders.
• Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales KPIs in line with company growth objectives.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the UAE Signage, Fit-out, or Exhibition industries.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in understanding technical drawings, material specifications, and production lead times.

License: A valid UAE Driving License is essential.

Network: A strong existing portfolio of corporate and retail clients in Dubai.
