Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who leverages automation tools, AI platforms, and data-driven marketing strategies to drive lead generation, partnerships, and revenue growth. We are looking for someone who understands modern growth systems, AI-powered outreach, and scalable acquisition models.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Revenue Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and target markets.
  • Develop structured outbound and inbound acquisition strategies.
  • Build and manage partnership pipelines.
  • Own revenue targets and quarterly growth metrics.

AI & Automation-Driven Marketing

  • Design and implement automated lead generation funnels.
  • Use AI tools for:
  • Prospect research
  • Lead scoring
  • Personalized outreach
  • Market intelligence
  • Build automated email sequences and LinkedIn outreach workflows.
  • Optimize campaigns using analytics and performance metrics.

  • HubSpot
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Zapier
  • ChatGPT

Lead Management & CRM Optimization

  • Maintain structured CRM hygiene.
  • Track KPIs including:
  • Cost per lead
  • Conversion rate
  • Deal velocity
  • Pipeline value
  • Implement automation between marketing and CRM systems.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking.
  • Identify emerging industry trends.
  • Recommend positioning strategies.
  • Use AI analytics tools for opportunity mapping.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign alignment.
  • Work with product teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Provide structured feedback based on client insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Business Development, Growth, or Sales Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of automation-driven marketing systems.
  • Experience using CRM tools and AI-based prospecting platforms.
  • Ability to design scalable outbound campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with KPI-focused execution.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services / Software development industry.
  • Experience building automated LinkedIn outreach funnels.
  • Knowledge of sales funnel optimization.
  • Familiarity with no-code automation tools.
  • Understanding of data analytics dashboards.
