Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to generate sales and client acquisition within the Commercial Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge across Commercial Offices, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts in the UAE.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the interior fit-out industry in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio and established client network within Commercial Offices, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics, commercial business districts, key stakeholders, project cycles, and tendering processes.
• Strong network with Interior Design Companies, Project Management Companies, Commercial Real Estate firms, Property Agents, Building Managements & Retail and F&B Operators.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
