Sales Manager(CCTV & ELV Division)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead our Surveillance Division and drive sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and government sectors. This role requires a strong sales leader who can develop winning strategies, expand market presence, and build a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading direct and channel sales efforts, strengthening relationships with key clients and partners, and ensuring the team consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets. This position demands both hands-on business development capability and strong managerial skills to guide, mentor, and motivate the sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop clear sales plans and ensure the team follows them to reach company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing major deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, review performance regularly, and provide guidance to improve results.
  • Support the team in negotiations and help close high-value contracts.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and proper CRM updates.
  • Expand channel partnerships and increase market coverage.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategy.
  • Create a positive, target-driven, and performance-focused team environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within CCTV, Surveillance, or Physical Security.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Language: English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
