We are hiring a revenue driver.

If you have closed large B2B deals, built distributor networks and converted project pipelines into real revenue, we want to speak with you.

Role Objective

Drive aggressive revenue growth by securing commercial, industrial and infrastructure lighting projects, expanding nationwide distribution and unlocking export opportunities.

There is no cap for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads and convert them into paying clients
• Secure commercial and industrial lighting projects
• Build and expand distributor and dealer networks nationwide
• Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and procurement heads
• Identify and pursue government and private sector tenders
• Lead negotiations and close high value contracts
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Explore export partnerships and international business opportunities

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years proven B2B business development experience
• Strong track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
• Experience in LED lighting, electrical, construction materials or industrial products preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self driven, target oriented and confident in field sales
• Existing industry network is a strong advantage
