Business Development Manager

We are urgently hiring Business Development Manager to join our team in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients for recruitment and HR services
• Develop proposals, service agreements, and close business deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing
• 3–5 years of business development experience in HR consultancy or recruitment firms
• Strong client handling and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of recruitment cycle and HR services
• Target-driven and self-motivated
