Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Business Development Manager to lead our growth at the Dubai Property Show and across our digital solution portfolio.


As our BDM, you will be the face of DPS . Your goal is to identify new business opportunities, build high-level partnerships, and drive revenue through the Dubai Property Show platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.


Requirements:

  • Real Estate Background: Proven experience in Business Development, specifically within the Dubai Real Estate market.
  • Showroom/Event Savvy: Experience working at trade shows or property expos is a major advantage.
  • The Network: A solid database of developers and real estate influencers in the UAE.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
