Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a sharp and aggressive Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales operations. This is a target-driven salary position for a professional who thrives in a high-pressure environment and is motivated by both a fixed paycheck and performance-based incentives. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Corporate Outreach: Conduct cold calls, professional emails, and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Draft professional business proposals and negotiate contracts to maximize profit margins.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed daily and weekly reports on sales activities, lead status, and conversion rates.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and "closing" skills.
  • Must be resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with a performance-monitored environment.
  • Strong networking skills and professional presence on LinkedIn.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is mandatory.
