Job Description

Lead and manage the full distributor relationship for Saudi Arabia, ensuring strong performance and market execution.

Drive the implementation of commercial strategies across key channels, with priority focus on Modern Trade and Key Accounts.

Strengthen the brand's presence across retail, out‑of‑home, and emerging channels in the Kingdom.

Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Oversee forecasting, planning, and performance management with the distributor.

Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing activities and visibility initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
-
Minimum 4+ years of sales experience within the FMCG sector in Saudi Arabia, ideally with a multinational organization

Strong experience in Key Account Management within the Modern Trade channel.

Broad understanding of multiple sales channels (retail, out‑of‑home, emerging channels).

Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and resilient mindset with the ability to work independently.

Strong stakeholder‑management skills and commercial acumen.
