The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing company. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with law firms and legal professionals across the country. You will be the face of SunPoint EWS to the legal community, introducing them to our unique, collaborative methodology and our comprehensive suite of expert witness services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with law firms, attorneys, and other legal professionals who can benefit from our expert witness services.
  • Proactively schedule meetings with attorneys to introduce SunPoint EWS's comprehensive services,
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with our clients in the legal community.
  • Understand the specific needs of legal teams and collaborate with our internal team of experts to propose tailored meetings.
  • Represent SunPoint EWS at legal industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the EWS division.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B corporate sales, business development, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in the legal services industry.
  • An existing network of contacts within the legal community is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with legal professionals at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of the legal industry and the litigation process is a significant advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
