Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Business Development to lead our financial markets division. The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic planning, team leadership, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the Business Development team with clear KPIs.
  • Design and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing professionals.
  • Foster a results-driven and innovative team culture.

Business Development

  • Develop business plans and identify high-potential opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Execute sales strategies to exceed revenue goals
  • Establish and grow strategic industry relationships

Client Relationship Management

  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, ensuring exceptional client experience
  • Manage key accounts and close high-value deals
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Build long-term client trust and loyalty

Market Intelligence

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial markets (stocks, gold, crude oil)
  • Monitor industry trends and regulations
  • Translate insights into actionable plans and team direction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in business development/sales
  • Minimum 4 years in a leadership role within financial services
  • Strong team leadership, coaching, and sales strategy execution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency and analytical thinking
  • Passion for financial markets and proven track record in revenue growth

Pay: Rs120,000.00 per month
