We are a software and AI solutions company offering customized digital services to clients worldwide. As we expand our presence in the tech and automation space, we are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist and Freelance Platform Bidder to support business development activities remotely.

Position Type:Full-Time | Remote

Job Summary:This position involves identifying new business opportunities and submitting tailored proposals on Freelance platforms (preferably Upwork). The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and interested in learning more about AI, automation, and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn and job boards
  • Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools
  • Assist with outreach via email and LinkedIn messages
  • Stay informed about trends in AI, automation, and custom software development

Bidding and Client Communication:

  • Monitor freelance platforms for relevant project opportunities
  • Draft and submit tailored, concise proposals aligned with client requirements
  • Manage communication with potential clients and handle follow-ups
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure alignment on offerings and timelines

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or bidding on freelance platforms
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Strong research and communication skills
  • Ability to write professional proposals quickly and effectively
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach software is a plus
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn about digital technologies and business trends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with a software company, tech startup, or IT service provider
  • General understanding of software services, AI tools, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Slack, or HubSpot

  • Prior experience with a software agency, tech startup, or IT service provider
  • Basic understanding of custom software solutions, AI tools, or SaaS products
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Trello, Slack, or HubSpot
