Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: DUBAI

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales or corporate business development.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
