Business Development Manager

Hayat Pakistan Private Limited , a Turkey-based organization with renowned brands including Molfix, Bebem, Good Care Natural, Good Care Regular, Molped, Papia, Familia & Evony Masks, is expanding its team.


We are currently seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Sales team as a Business Development Manager . We are hiring for multiple positions across Pakistan , and candidates from all regions are encouraged to apply.


If you have prior experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM) , you are an ideal fit for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and visibility targets across all channels
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to ensure sustainable growth
  • Lead distributor management, including negotiations, performance reviews, and expansion of the network
  • Strengthen relationships with key retail partners and ensure effective execution of trade agreements
  • Ensure strong in-market execution, visibility, and availability of products
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales teams and distributor staff to enhance performance
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage stock levels efficiently to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
  • Ensure timely recovery of receivables in line with company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) for smooth operations
  • Utilize data and market insights to recommend actionable strategies and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Strong experience in territory/area sales management, distributor handling, and team leadership
  • Solid understanding of sales fundamentals, trade marketing, and distribution management
  • Familiarity with General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade dynamics
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tools
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills


Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Valid driving license
