Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, developing strategies to drive business growth and own the social media platform. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, proactively reaching out to prospective clients and maintaining and growing company social media presence. This role also qualifies for commission on top of salary.

Requirements

• Actively look for business opportunities and actively initiate conversations with prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and document summary of needs for product team during initial interactions.
• Respond to client request for additional information and work with product team till client is committed to move forward in the process.
• Able to write, respond and record messages for potential clients.
• Ability to get on a quick call with client during initial interactions if requested by client.
• In alignment with marketing team, post and maintain social media accounts, look for social pages growth and persistently reach out on any leads generated.
• Understand or willing to understand the full ins and outs of Freelance world.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of working with cross functional teams.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Required in English Language.
• Preferably understanding of working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Occasionally open to work outside of general business hours.
• Strong Wifi connection required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
