Full-Time | Screens Department
Reports to: Head of Sales - Screens
Location: West Coast, remote (near a major airport)
Compensation: $100k-120k annual base + commissions

The Role
The Business Development Manager – Screens is a sales role responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new customer opportunities to drive growth of the Screens product line. This position is primarily focused on new customer acquisition and early-stage customer development , with an emphasis on in-person engagement, discovery, and product demonstrations. Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Business Development Manager operates remotely on the U.S. West Coast and spends significant time in the field meeting with prospective customers. The role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with internal teams.
