Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The role involves:

• Identifying new business opportunities and exploring untapped markets and customers.
• Managing client relationships and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Conducting market research based on company sales versus area potential and preparing analytical reports.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure achievement of business goals and sales targets.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in Business Development, Sales, and CRM.
• Strong market research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
