Business Development Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue. This role is responsible for developing business strategies, expanding market reach, and closing new business deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activity
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
  • Manage and track sales pipelines using CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed business development and revenue targets
  • Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and conferences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay: QAR35,000.00 per month
