Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business growth in the records management, document digitization, and secure storage industry.

The ideal candidate will have strong government and corporate sector connections, excellent PR skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals.

This is a field-intensive role focused on expanding business across government departments, semi-government organizations, and corporate clients in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for B2B and government sectors
  • Identify, approach, and secure high-value clients across Islamabad and surrounding regions
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government and corporate organizations
  • Lead field visits, client meetings, and presentations
  • Drive revenue growth through new contracts and long-term partnerships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (mandatory)
  • Strong network in government departments and corporate sector (highly preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of Islamabad geography and business landscape
  • Proven ability to close large-scale deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented mindset
  • Own conveyance preferred
