Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales and growth strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Prepare periodic business development and sales reports for management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning capability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development or sales management.
