About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to lead our product commercialization initiatives. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional who can navigate the complete product lifecycle from initial idea research through successful market launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Market Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end commercialization of new products from concept to market launch
  • Conduct comprehensive market research including competitor analysis, pricing strategies, positioning, and promotional opportunities
  • Analyze market data to evaluate business feasibility, customer demand, and product viability

Partnership & Vendor Management

  • Identify and evaluate strategic partners, vendors, suppliers, and distributors
  • Conduct thorough partner assessment based on capability, credibility, cost-effectiveness, and market fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Marketing & Launch Strategy

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to retail strategy development, positioning, and marketing budget planning
  • Review and approve marketing strategies for both new and existing products

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track post-launch metrics including product performance, retail sales, market share, and customer feedback
  • Identify market gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions for enhanced market performance

Regulatory & Compliance Management

  • Identify and navigate regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
  • Prepare and manage regulatory documentation, registration processes, licensing, and trademark requirements
  • Coordinate effectively with regulatory departments, export teams, consultants, and relevant authorities

Requirements

  • Business / Science or Relevant.
  • 2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience in nutraceutical and cosmeceutical product development and manufacturing within the industry.
  • Strong proficiency in market and competitor analysis grounded in verifiable, real-world data.
  • End-to-end production process knowledge—from raw material sourcing to finished product release.
  • Hands on skills to onboard the supplier or vendor for product development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
