Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email, and networking
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Track and report on business development performance

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of market research and lead generation techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be a resident of Rawalpindi or Islamabad
