Business Development Manager

We specialize in social media management, short-form video content, performance marketing, website development, branding, video production, and digital growth strategies.
  • We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager based in Karachi to help us expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and generate new opportunities, with a strong focus on the North American market.
  • Role Overview
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, building relationships, scheduling meetings, and helping convert leads into long-term clients.
  • This role is ideal for someone who understands agency services, enjoys sales and relationship-building, and can confidently communicate with business owners, marketing teams, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients in North America
  • Build lead lists across industries such as personal brands, coaches, fitness, wellness, real estate, e-commerce, professional services, and growing businesses
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other relevant channels
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Introduce Wavelink Digital’s services to potential clients in a clear and professional way
  • Schedule discovery calls and client meetings
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team to create suitable proposals
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
  • Track outreach activity, lead status, meetings, and conversions
  • Help improve sales messaging, outreach strategy, and market positioning
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience targeting North American clients is preferred
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, video content, websites, branding, and agency services
  • Ability to speak and write professionally in English
  • Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and client conversations
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
  • Organized, proactive, and target-driven
  • Experience working with a digital agency, creative agency, or marketing company is a plus
  • Must be based in Karachi or able to work from Karachi
  • Ideal Candidate
  • You are not just someone who sends messages and waits for replies. You know how to find the right prospects, start conversations, understand business needs, and position services in a way that creates trust.
  • You should be confident, consistent, well-spoken, and comfortable speaking to clients in the North American market.
  • Work Arrangement
  • This is a full-time position based in Karachi, Pakistan.
  • The candidate should be available to work in a schedule that supports outreach, communication, and meetings with North American clients. This may require flexibility with working hours due to time zone differences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 per month
