Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Wardha - MH
CTC: Up to 3.15 LPA + Incentives

About the Role:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for our Wardha location. The role involves driving sales, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet customers to explain product offerings and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the management.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (mandatory).
  • 2+ years of experience in Field sales/marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
