Business Development Manager (BDM)

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Handover:
  • Manage the final inspection and handover process of interior design projects.
  • Coordinate with design, execution, and quality teams to ensure project completion as per client expectations.
  • Client Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the closing phase.
  • Address client concerns, ensure snag lists are resolved, and handle final walkthroughs.
  • Quality Control:
  • Verify that all design elements, materials, and installations meet quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve any defects or incomplete work before handover.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain project closure reports, sign-offs, warranties, and other documents.
  • Ensure all legal and contractual documentation is properly executed and archived.
  • Payment & Dues Clearance:
  • Follow up with clients for final payment clearances and coordinate with finance team.
  • Ensure vendors and subcontractors have fulfilled their commitments before processing dues.
  • Post-Handover Support:
  • Coordinate post-installation service or maintenance (if part of contract).
  • Address and resolve any client issues reported within warranty period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
