Key Responsibilities:
- Project Handover:
- Manage the final inspection and handover process of interior design projects.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and quality teams to ensure project completion as per client expectations.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the closing phase.
- Address client concerns, ensure snag lists are resolved, and handle final walkthroughs.
- Quality Control:
- Verify that all design elements, materials, and installations meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any defects or incomplete work before handover.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain project closure reports, sign-offs, warranties, and other documents.
- Ensure all legal and contractual documentation is properly executed and archived.
- Payment & Dues Clearance:
- Follow up with clients for final payment clearances and coordinate with finance team.
- Ensure vendors and subcontractors have fulfilled their commitments before processing dues.
- Post-Handover Support:
- Coordinate post-installation service or maintenance (if part of contract).
- Address and resolve any client issues reported within warranty period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
