We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and trust.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop business strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
