Business Development Manager (BDM)

India

Overview:

This is a high-responsibility role requiring complete ownership of multi-branch sales, operations, and P&L. The BDM will be accountable for revenue growth, team hiring & training, business development, and ensuring operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets across multiple branches.
  • Own P&L and implement effective sales & marketing strategies.
  • Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.
  • Ensure smooth branch operations, SOP compliance, and patient satisfaction.
  • Work with marketing for localized campaigns and lead generation.
  • Report performance metrics and business insights to management.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or operations. (healthcare, retail, hospitality preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to take ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
