Position: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Wadagaonsheri, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, and end clients.
- Handle field sales activities including client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate kitchen equipment solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data, pipeline status, and reports.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage field sales and handle large accounts.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Qualification:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing / Graduate with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
