Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead a team of 5–10 Sales Engineers within the automation industry, focusing on safety sensor solutions. The role requires driving business growth, expanding market presence among OEMs, System Integrators, and local Distributors, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management and network development.Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 5–10 Sales Engineers to achieve sales targets in safety sensor solutions.

· Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share.

· Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular reviews for continuous improvement.

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the team in closing complex deals.

· Conduct training sessions, workshops, and sales meetings to enhance technical and sales capabilities.

· Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, Distributors, and key stakeholders.

· Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive account management and technical support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
