We’re Hiring - Business Development Manager
We are looking for a business development manager to join our team in Mumbai!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the property management sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
3. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with Kipinn’s services.
4. Drive sales targets and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
5. Represent Kipinn at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Requirements:
1. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
2. Prior experience in real estate or property management is strongly preferred.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving ability with a results-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
