Job Overview
Job Summary:

We are looking for 5 year experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth in the software domain. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT sales, client relationship management, and strategic business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the software and IT services sector.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential client needs.

Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align business strategies.

Prepare and deliver effective client presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close business deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
