Collective AEC is a leading architectural outsourcing firm specializing in BIM, 3D Visualization, and Parametric Design services. We primarily cater to clients in the USA and collaborate with partners across the globe, delivering high-quality design and documentation solutions.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with international business experience in the architecture or design outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate will identify global business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive sales growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new international business opportunities, with a focus on the USA market.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international business development or sales, preferably in architectural outsourcing or related services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of global markets, especially the USA AEC industry.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
