Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead and guide our associates, build strong relationships with colleges, and coordinate with faculty members through scheduled appointments. The BDM will help grow our business by organizing orientation sessions and fostering partnerships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of associates to meet business goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges and faculty through scheduled meetings.
• Make appointments with colleges and faculty for discussions and presentations.
• Conduct orientation sessions and presentations for students and faculty as planned.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships with educational institutions.
• Monitor and report on team performance and college engagements.
• Facilitate clear communication between colleges, associates, and the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or team management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in working with educational institutions preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and manage appointments effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
